On this episode, Frank chats with Tim Scriven.  Tim runs a very successful wine trading business, which he spends a lot of time running.  He and his wife wanted more income, but didn't want to spend a great deal of time working on a side hustle.  After a lot of research, he came across EPP, and joined us a few months ago.  His first deal is already going through, and he's got 3 more in the pipeline, after just 6 months of being a member.

New full episodes of Sophisticated Property Investing are available EVERY THURSDAY - Also listen out for short form "Caffeine Cast" shows in between.
